Cherry Focus is a trading name of MWA Marketing Management, a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (licence no. 1651327), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You may browse and share our website for personal or business purposes. Please don't:

• copy, resell or republish our designs, text, videos or code without our written permission
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• send false information through our forms, or use them to send spam

The design, text, graphics, videos, logo and code on this website belong to MWA Marketing Management (trading as Cherry Focus), or are used with permission. Client logos, websites and case studies belong to those clients and are shown to illustrate our work. Using them does not mean you can use them yourself.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but the content is general information about our services. It is not a binding offer. Prices, timelines, results and examples are a guide only. The exact scope, price and timeline for any project are agreed in writing in a proposal or contract.

Any paid project is covered by the written proposal or agreement we send you. If that document conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement wins.

From time to time we offer a free landing page to businesses that apply through our website or ads. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing:

• the offer is one landing page per business, and we decide who is eligible. We may decline or pause applications, for example when we are fully booked
• "free" covers our design and build of one landing page. It does not include a domain name, hosting, paid tools, stock media or advertising costs
• any delivery time we mention, such as 48 hours, starts once we have confirmed your application and received everything we need from you (such as your logo, text and photos), and counts business days
• you confirm you have the right to use any content you send us, and you remain responsible for it
• there is no obligation to buy anything afterwards. If you'd like us to build your full website, we'll send a separate proposal
• we may show the landing page in our portfolio unless you ask us not to
• we may change or end the offer at any time, without affecting applications we have already accepted

Our site links to other websites, such as our clients' sites and Instagram. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The website is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
